Garage Sale Information:

As always, we shall be holding our annual Garage Sale this year at the con. In order to be certain things run as smoothly as possible for you, we are going to be instituting a few changes in GS policy. These are minimal, and with a small amount of planning are simple enough to work with.

SELLING:
If you want to sell off some of your crap (I mean, amazing stuff ^-^), you need to email me, Chii, [faileas dot kalindra at gmail dot com] with a list of what you are selling by June 30. Please include quantitiy and price with this email. We will -not- be accepting late submissions for the table; if you haven't gotten your list to me by June 30, you won't be selling at the table. There are *no* exceptions to this policy this year (and in the future). If you are pre-registered (or a Port Con Maine staff member), you may bring your items for early dropoff on Thursday of the convention; otherwise, you are free to bring your items for setup inthe Dealer's Room anytime after the room opens on Friday of the con.

FEES AND PICKUPS:
There is a 15% consignment fee that is taken off your -total- profits (or each time you cash out, if you come at the end of each day). This money is what you pay for having your items stored, sold, and watched for the duration of the convention.
It is your responsibility to pick up your unsold merchandise no later then 2:00 P.M. on Sunday of the convention. If you fail to make arrangements prior to June 30 for late pickup, your items will be forfeit to Port Con Maine.

RESTRICTED ITEMS:
We do not accept the folowing items for sale under -any- circumstances:

Bootleg Merchandise
Hentai, Yaoi, Yuri, or pornography of -any- kind
Weapons that do not meet the Port Con Maine 2008 security standards

We, the staff of the Dearler's Room, reserve the right to refuse an item for sale in the garage sale for any reason stated above. Please be aware of what you bring and we can make the garage sale a safe, pleasant and *profitable* experience for everyone involved.
